  • About The Role

  • We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Commercial Sales Coordinator to join our Commercial team within the Customer Operations department. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, managing orders from initial inquiry to on-time delivery while ensuring exceptional service at every step. You will build strong relationships with customers and the sales team, resolve delivery and invoice queries efficiently, and maintain accurate records.     About Your Role
    • Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring all communications are handled in a timely and efficient manner to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Manage customer orders and expectations from the receipt of initial inquiry through order processing to the on-time delivery of products.
    • Develop strong relationships with customers and the Commercial Sales team to ensure customer needs and requirements are met, proactively highlighting opportunities to the sales team where necessary.
    • Handle delivery and invoice queries proficiently, ensuring swift and effective resolution to meet pre-determined KPIs.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and essential information for all customer interactions.
    • Coordinate projects and contracts from initial inquiry to successful conclusion, ensuring they meet expected targets.
    We're Looking For
    • Experience within a customer service/sales role.  
    • Ideally, previous experience within the manufacturing and/or construction industry.
    • Proficient IT skills and experienced in using CRM systems. 
    • A pro-active thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent planning, organising, and task implementation skills with a high degree of accuracy.
