As a Graduate at Brett Group, you’ll work on a structured rotational basis across all departments where you’ll be responsible for an array of tasks and projects. This will allow you to develop key skills and gain commercial knowledge to become a rounded professional and future leader here at Brett Group. Throughout this process you will be mentored and supported to ensure you reach your full potential.
This is a field/mobile role travelling across our Kent, Midlands and East Anglia locations to ensure you get the right exposure and gain a good understanding of our dynamic manufacturing and construction materials group. In addition to our wonderful programme, there is also scope for you to attain professional certificates in Project Management or similar.

What you’ll do as a Commercial Graduate at Brett Group
- Participate in a structured rotational Graduate Scheme across all areas of the Brett Group supporting the day-to-day commercial, operational and support teams to gain a good understanding of the mechanics of business.
- Support the preparation of valuations, variations and procurement activities and forecasting where applicable
- Assist with planning, coordination, and delivery of commercial tasks and activities including the development and implantation of new systems and processes
- Build up a strong and detailed product knowledge of Brett Landscaping products
- Develop an understanding of the customers and their key requirements and how to build relationships to maximise commercial opportunities
- Support the achievement of budget volume/price across the product range
- Always have a good awareness of market conditions
- Attend customer and Brett Landscaping events to promote the business
- Go through a journey of continuous learning and be sponsored by a Senior Business Leader and have a structured coaching programme during our Graduate scheme.
- Gain professional qualifications as identified by the business.
What we’re looking for
- Someone with a degree in Business/Geology/Geography//Engineering/Marketing or a similar subject grade 2:1 or above
- A full UK driving licence
- Exceptional communication skills
- An ability to manage various tasks, learn and contribute to overall business strategy.
