As a Graduate at Brett Group, you’ll work on a rotational basis across all departments where you’ll be responsible for an array of tasks and projects. This will allow you to develop key skills and gain operational knowledge to become a rounded professional and future leader here at Brett Group.
This is a field/mobile role travelling across our Kent, Midlands and East Anglia locations to ensure you get the right exposure and gain a good understand of our dynamic manufacturing and construction materials group. In addition to our wonderful programme, there is also scope for you to attain professional certificates in Project Management or similar.

What you’ll do as an Operational Graduate at Brett Group
- Participate in a structured rotational Graduate Scheme across all areas of the Brett Group supporting the day-to-day commercial, operational and support teams to gain a good understanding of the mechanics of business.
- Contribute to operational, technical and improvement projects across multiple business units
- Assist with planning, coordination, and delivery of operational and project activities
- Take a hands-on, flexible approach to operational needs, with the chance to learn new skills including operating machinery or the weighbridge.
- Learn the Health & Safety standards required to operate our businesses and ensure these are always applied.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, site teams and senior stakeholders
- Go through a journey of continuous learning and be sponsored by a Senior Business Leader and have a structured coaching programme during our Graduate scheme.
- Gain professional qualifications as identified by the business.
What we’re looking for
- Someone with a degree in Business/Geology/Geography//Engineering/Marketing or a similar subject grade 2:1 or above
- A full UK driving licence
- Exceptional communication skills
- An ability to manage various tasks, learn and contribute to overall business strategy.
