  • About The Role

  •  Play a key role in our day-to-day operations, assisting the Purchase and Sales Ledger team with everything from registering invoices to reconciling supplier statements whilst studying your AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting throughout the course of your 18 month apprenticeship. 
     
    About Your Role

    • -Reporting to the Finance Shared Services Manager.
    • -Assist the team with a range of administrative tasks and to provide general support in the day to day running of Brett Aggregates Ltd.
    • -Register Invoices on the Company financial system IFS.
    • -Reconcile suppliers’ statements.
    • -Provide cover to sales and purchase ledger team as and when required.
    • -Respond to email and telephone inquiries.
    We're Looking For
    • · Excellent administrative skills.
    • · Team Player with ability to support others.
    • · High levels of accuracy and numeracy.
    • · Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively.
    • ·Good competency in Microsoft Office applications - especially Excel and Word.
    • ·Clear and effective communicator.
    • ·Achieved GCSEs in Maths and English, grade 4 (C) or above.
