Internal Sales Representative

• Drive sales of decorative aggregates, render spars and associated products to builders' merchants, baggers, pre-cast manufacturers and building system suppliers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities and account growth.
• Achieve agreed sales volume, revenue and margin targets within the designated customer sector
• Proactively identify, qualify and follow up sales leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Negotiate and establish effective partnerships with suppliers and haulage providers to ensure reliable product delivery

• Strong relationship-building and account management abilities
• Excellent communication and telephone sales skills.
• Knowledge of the construction, aggregates or building products sector
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert leads into business growth.
• Understanding of builders' merchants and routes to market within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of decorative aggregates, render spars or related products
