  •  About Your Role
     
    Working at the Brett Group Head Office at Canterbury as a receptionist for the office and the Brett Group can you:
     
    • Extend a pleasing and professional welcome to visitors, suppliers, contractors and clients.
    • Coordinate appointments and meeting facilities for visitors, colleagues and contractors.
    • Manage incoming phone calls and email enquiries, ensuring effective communication flow. 
    • Manage and incoming and outgoing mail and packages to ensure post is passed to the correct person and post is delivered as requested.
    • Maintain a clean, organised and congenial reception area.
    • Assist Estates Team with facility management at Head Office and managing contractors.
    • Provide Administrative assistance to other Departments at Head Office and assist with company reporting metrics and data collection
    We're Looking For
     
     A friendly, pleasant and communicative person with:
    • Excellent interactive and communication skills with a passion for providing a superb service, with strong multitasking abilities who is very well organised.
    • Knowledge of the UK and international postal system.
    • Good grades in English and good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite and other databases. 
    • Previous experience as a receptionist in a multi site and functional company, or a customer-facing role.
    • Ability to work alone and part of a larger team.
